Tracy is known for making the 2014 Olympic Biathlon Team, but giving up her spot so that her sister could go in her place. She received the United Nations International Fair Play Award and the US Olympic Committee Jack Kelley Fair Play Award in 2014. Tracy competed internationally on the US Biathlon World Cup, European Cup and World Championship Team for close to 15 years. She started competing in 3 gun full time in 2014 and also founded The Olympian Project Shooting Institute (aka T.O.P Shooting Institute) where Tracy and other top Olympic shooters share their knowledge of marksmanship with competitive shooters, law enforcement and military.
